Using a Stage 2/Stage 2+ for daily driving?

Hello, this is my first post on this forum so I apologize if this is the wrong place to post it.

I'm pretty new to cars in general. I recently had my clutch worn out (1987 Trans am), and I was doing some research. I came to the conclusion of probably getting a Stage 2+ (Spec brand) clutch due to the increased life, fast and efficient, and smooth ride. Downsides are that it's more difficult to learn and a little expensive.

I know this topic has been talked about a lot, but I keep finding differing opinions. Would this be a good idea? I would go with an OEM, but they cost around $400, and I figured I can spend a little more and get stage clutch.

Thank you! I appreciate everyone's help on this website, and I'm very glad to join you all.
