Where is the VSS at?

‘89 IROC, originally 700R4, changing to a T56.

I think in 89 it was on the transmission tail housing. Do you have a Vss buffer next to the ecm like this ?

I’ll have to look. Thing is I only recall one plug on the 700, I’d though was for converter lock up, so will get eyes on it tomorrow when the rain stops.

you might contact them to see how it works with a t56. I can’t get their calibration instructions to load.

This may be the way to go without running the box/wiring from VSS to VSS.

So I thought I’d update this thread, Alloy is still doing the conversion, this allows me to retain the original VSS.

A lot easier in my mind
