Trans Brake for a 700-r4?

does anyone make them? I'm not going with a 200-4r for a while, so i figure i'll get a T-Brake for the 700 while i have it...so who makes em???

Not recommended for this application (700R4), lacks the strength needed. The brake will only give you one advantage, and that is consistency. Many other things in the 700R4 need to be addressed first, before even thinking about the transbrake. I would pass on this one, the money can be better spent elsewhere.

i already have a built 700r4 ready to go. Its going behind a turbo 3.8 and i'd really like to have a T-brake for the track..

Um, well I am not sure but I dont think that the 700 will bolt up to the (buick) motor. It has the wrong bolt pattern. I believe the 200r4 has a dual bolt pattern (chevy and bop). This is why it can bolt to the 3.8 and the sbc. You might want to look into this.

Search the archive. It's been asked before and theres a listing for someone who carries a 700R4 brake. I think it was TCI.

Contact www.turboaction.com for a brake for your TH350.

yes the 200 has the dual bolt pattern, TCI makes an adapter plate that allows the 700 to bolt to a buck 3.8, i already have it
