i went to the carb board and posted about putting a carb on my car, and they brought up a good point: since my computer isnt going to be receiving anything from my TBI, i will have to hook up a TC lockup switch for when my 700-r4 switches into 3rd and 4th. is there any other way to get around this? or will i just have to flip the switch all the time?

 

When you put the carb on everything will work fine except the torque converter lockup, if you want that then yes you need to run a switch. I just canned my lockup, didn't really make that much difference anyway, its just for gas mileage anyway. Good luck!!
