*no, but I might be interested in them for my blazer if I don't have them allready

edit: *-roller rockers we need are basically the same as in the ls1; narrow body rockers for centerbolt valve covers. if the 4.3 rockers are the same narrow body design, then they might fit.

Quote and pic from this article:
"The reliability of a v6/60 engine equipped with racing valve springs can be improved by installing 7/16-inch diameter big-block V8 rocker arm studs (PN 3921912). To perform this conversion on V6/60 cast iron heads, the stock studs must be removed and the 11mm rocker arm stud holes drilled and tapped with 7/16-14 threads. The rocker stud bosses will still have sufficient strength to support the larger 7/16" studs after they are re-tapped.

Enlagre the pushrod guideplate stud holes also. This can be done with a carbide drillbit to accomidate the larger 7/16" studs.

Aftermarket needle bearing rocker arms for a small-block V8 with 7/16" trunions should be installed on cast iron heads with converted 7/16" studs. Due to limited clearence between adjacent rockers, narrow aluminum rockers are required. Aftermarket rocker arms with 1.260" wide trunions areas are suitable (Crane PN 11756 or equivalent)."

The article does not state anything about valve cover clearence! I can tell you for certain that aluminim rockers arms will not fit on chevy V8 centerbolt stock valve covers. GM offers an adapter plate to convert centerbolt covers to the early design outside 4-bolt and also ads as a spacer. Our stock valve covers may work but I presently do not know this info and will check into it further.

EDIT: opps I just realised we were taking about lifters and not rockers. Sorry, my mind slipped off base when I read Project85's comment on rockers above. Roller lifters need to be used only with a roller cam. I have never heard of a roller cam for our cars.
