WTF is this leaking ?

WTF is this leaking ?
Ok , this is on my Mom's car guys . Which is an 89 grand prix with a 3.1 fwd motor .
Its been leaking coolant lately after about 20 min or so that the engine is turned off on the side of the rear valve cover . I looked in that areau and did not see anything so this morning I jacked the car up to make sure it wasn't a heater hose .This leak is coming off the firewall , it looks as if there is some kinda plug on the firewall , and its leaking out of the plug .The only thing I can think of , is this some sort of outlet for when the heatercore go's out so it wont leak in the car ? Thanx guys

had a customer come in about a month ago @ AZ w/same problem. caint remember if it was a gp or ga, but all of his heater hoses were hooled up & his rad hoses were good (he said) just coming out of firewall. the haynes books were no help, so I told him to call up or go see dealer service & see what up in their service manuals. I highly suggest you do this too, get it straight from the horses mouth.
