Ok this might be the most stupidest quiestion but i need to know, Which one is Drive , the one with the square around it, or the one before the 2nd

The "D" without the square is "Drive"

And....

You should take care of your Overdrive (square D) 'couse its only got 2 dinky little clutches in it - easy to tear up.

Second gear would probably die before 4th; the two gears share the same band. 4th doesn't see too much power, but 2nd will.
