This is the pump in question:

All RED arrowsx are places that (I think) have holes, as half these bolts are gone from the previous owner, I'm not sure.

All RED CIRCLES are the pump/to bracket mounting holes.

All BLUE CIRCLES are the REAR bracket mounting holes.

I have removed all RED ARROW bolts, and BLUE CIRCLE BOLTS, and still it stays tight on. This thing should have no reason to still be on!!!

The pump has a slight wigggle, like there is one or poss. 2 bolts left in it, but where beats the h3ll out of me.

HALP! LoL

On the A/C bracket, pull out the long bolt that is FARTHEST to the RIGHT in that pic. Just above the 2 red arrows.

Then , you will have to kinda wedge the pump out.

If I remember correctly don't you have to take off the ac and set it aside in order to get all of the ps pump bolts off?

I removed my PS pump to install a new water pump.
From your arrows and circles I think you missed one bold.
I back, botto I believe, you'll have to look in with a flashlight, under the AC pump there should be a bolt fixing the bracket there.

(I did not have A\C, so it was quite easy to remove. But from that picture I do not see this bolt labled)
