timing Chain

well, i need a new timing chain, it didnt break but its really loose.
where do i get a v6 timing chain thats not from the dealer?
i plan to change the guides, timing chain, timing chain cover (wherd do i get one of these) would it be easy to do a cam swap while im in there? crank sensor too? i expect this job to take 5 hrs for just the chain...is that accurate? anyone ever done this before?

might as well stab a cam in there, just gotta remove the intake to get to the lifters and pushrods..........be really cafeful putting the cam in, last thing you want to do is score a cam bearing......

as for the timing chain, if you feel like investing, Jegs sells a cloyes true dual roller, was about $90 last time i checked
