We swapped broken 2,8 with good 3,1 without swapping all electronics, sensors, ECM, injectors, etc... Now i need to calibrate MAF sensor. I need a voltage, wich is going from the middle wire of MAF sensor (part N 25007557)

you have a 1227870 ecm. it has $1f mask ID code. it should be ok with 17pph injectors but youll need to dial in the FP just a tad to get it to run. 17pph is the upper limit of what the stock programming can handle.
the 3.1 and the 2.8 use the same heads cam etc. so my advice is to tell you to go back to bascis. set the timming at 10* btdc. check for vacum leaks. then go forward. also to note you car has a FQ based maf sensor not a voltage based maf unless your maf orignially came from a v8 car.
