Flaming Modules
what else burns up an ignigtion module other than, lack of the grease, and a bad secondary ignition?? please help, wasting money over here!!

Get a voltmeter and check voltage when car is off. It should be around 12. When the car is started, the voltage should be max 14.4, anymore and its too much and the regulator inside the alternator is shot. You'll need a new one. If so, get the lifetime warranty one.

13.8 volts is usually what you'll find with the engine running.
You can also toast a module by leaving the key in the "on/run/test lights" position for a long time without the engine running. If you want to listen to the radio with the car off, turn the key backwards to the "accessory" position.
