Amazing how tests the probe sensor will do. Maybe I cain finally ge tthe black smoke under control, since most of the tests refere to black smoke as a symptom.

Didnt it sat that, that tester is to be use in conjunction with their special fuel pressure gauge??? Does it work without that gauge???
It is a good price for it though they are on ebay for $30 now.

I already have a fuel gauge testor. That is used for the fuel injector tests, leak down & all, checking the pressure drop. You wont need a gauge to test the harness though.

LOL! Anything I can do to get us quality tools at cheap prices, I'll do! Glad to hear the stuff came fast. I have the injector testor too, haven't had to use it yet (luckily).
Don't forget http://www.toolparadise for specialty stuff, too (like, oh, say, an OTC balljoint press!)

I said screw it with trying to get the ball joints out and bought some brand new control arms (z28 arms) which turned out to have the ball joints and bushings already installed. I just ordered the spring isolators from the dealership and I have to get the bolts from gmpartsdirect (thanks to Tom for the part nums).

OTC 7249; OTC is a "Professional" tool company... kinda like Snap-On. They're a division of SPX. See more info at http://www.otctool.com ... oh and I bought it because I wanted to.
