cam question

i did a search and im a bit confused about a couple things.
1. the 2030 crane cam: is it the same as the stock 3.4 camshaft?
2. do i need a cam w/ the cam position sensor on the end of it? i guess the 2030 cam doesnt come with it.
3. whats the best cam that i should go with? im only going for a lil extra for now (on a 3.4.) im gonna put on 1.52 rollers and some ignition stuff, maybe a couple minor things here and there. ive thought about the 2030 crane cam, the gmpp cam. what is everyones opinion? and id rather not switch out the springs and all that if i dont have to right now. the engine doesnt even have 60k on it.

Do a search, this was brought up once before...

Personally, I'm going with the Melling MTC-5 Cam Kit
