Need help chosing an alternator and fast please...

I have a 1989 Pontiac Firebird, 2.8L V6 Multi-Port FI, auto transmission, electrical doors/windows/hatch, AC (not working but it is there), Alpine CD player with 4 aftermarket speakers (no sub or anything else). He say I can put a 80amp or 100amp alternator, wich one should I choose? The 80amp is less expensive... The two comme with 2 years warranty. Thanks
