S-10 tranny will bolt up, but the shifter will be positioned under your radio. But, if you don't believe me, I've got an S-10 tranny sitting here I'll sell

Camaro T5 shifter is at the end of the tailshaft, S-10 T5 shifter is at the front of the tailshaft.. difference is about a foot.. very very hard to make up for.
The S-10 tailshaft also lacks provisions for the torque arm.. agian, very hard to make up for. So, put simply, while it will bolt to the engine, it won't bolt to anything else.

rig up something like they did on monster garage with the 'kenworth trike' to move the shifter
also i might be mistaken, but the ecm is different too. Something about keeping the rpms constant between shifts?
Someone let me know if i'm wrong.

if you could make your shifter work somehow .....you can order the torque arm relocation kit for your car and it relocates it from the transmission to the crossmember...

vss is wrong
no prevision for the tq arm
shifter in wrong spot
the camaro t5 is designed to sit in at 7.5deg angle, s10 is 0deg angle. So the rear mount wont mount up.
Your better off buying the proper trans. I do know where one is forsale also.
