As for the 3.1 oil pan fitting here's what I was told. The bolt patteren is different, and becuase it is still used on newrer cars / mini vans it is a dealer part only and ran me about $115.

Dam chunk of cement took mine out.

 

You can get a brand new one from Advance Auto parts for $75.
