what will my 3.1 sound like with pacesetter header and dynomax super turbo cat back. will it sound more like a v8 with these headers?

I know open headers and the engine about to stall sounds bad a$$.

Tommorow I get rest of exhaust hooked up, then time to start loading pics up so people can see.

i doubt you will get the v8 sound. ive got a superturbo 3 inch in 3 inch out 3 inch hi flow cat 3 inch piping and all headers and its quiet u can hear it alittle in the car when you have the windows up at about 1600-1800rpm. cant really hear it when windows are down. at w00t i cant hear the muffler my engine is louder than it. im not sure what it sounds like outside the car though. oh i got a v8

i have a friend that recently put pacesetter headers in his 93 3.4 camaro with a stock cat/i pipe and flowmaster rear section... I couldnt really hear a difference in the sound of his exhaust, but it is a different engine, so its your call..

actually, typically headers will make a car sound a little more raspy. its hard to say what it'll sound like with that muffler though. but, manifolds will make it deeper.

well i'm not sure what your will sound like
but with the headers I had custom made last year
everyone seems to think that

OK, OK, I've been slakin.

I did get the um "converter" put in yesterday. But they didnt have a block off plate for the dump, so I'm basically still running open headers.

Pictures, I havent had time to load on my site. Been working on the models pictures which I took 3 weeks ago Was sick last night, hopefully I can get home and create a page for them tonight.
