How much more power?
I'm planning to do a few things to my car since my job cut my hours and school has not started yet.How much more horsepower APX will this add:
Removal of AC Compressor
Adding Underdrive Crank and Alternator Pulleys
Adding a Magnaflow High Flow Cat
Throttle Body Coolant Bypass
Im guessing around 15 HP all togather from the underdriving, extra exhaust flow and weight removal.

Hate to burst your bubble, but I don't see fifteen horsepower at the rear wheels there.
3-5 at the most.
Removing the AC compressor didn't add any power, it took away 15-20lbs, but when the clutch isn't engaged it doesn't use any power.
The Magnaflow cat may flow more than the stocker, but the real restriction is in the manifolds and "Y" pipe that preceede it.
I'm not tying to be hatin' on ya, and I know you want to make some more power, but don't get overly optimistic about it.

even though you don't have anything major putting starin on the alternator, you will still run into problems. the gain vs the risk is not worth the price for the pulley

It can't possibly take 4-6 hp to turn it. Take the belt off and turn it by hand; it spins effortlessly.
Also, I just put a high flow cat on my car and it made no difference in power. It does sound better though

I second that F-Bod.
V8 Slayer, we're not here to try and discourage you from modding your car, but a lot of us have "been there, done that" and learned form our own mistakes as to what works and what doesn't.
Keep in mind everything you hear on TV and in the Mc Donald's parking lot ain't always true, and we'll help you sort out the monkey spank from the fact
If you want noticeable power out of one of these, look at some of AIM91's mods- he put a LOT of effort into porting the heads, combined with boosting the compression and a good set of headers. Then he combined it with a converter matched to the engine's powerband and 3.73 gears.

(On the other hand, the setup basically put the nails in my old 2.8's coffin... that's gonna cost more than $100 to rectify.)

Status report is pretty simple.. I'd rather drop in a 3.4 than go about giving the small journal 2.8 new bearings and valve seals

weight reduction & suspension. make the most of what power you have, then decide on what other combo of mods in the order that you cain afford shoudl come next.
