This Can't be Happening to me !!!!!!!
Guys this you are not going to believe! Ok so remember how it’s took me like two months to put a new exhaust, fuel tank, pump, paint and everything on the car.
Well I took the car out today after a successful start up and I’m pleased to say that she’s better than ever.
(((((((((((((((((BUT!))))))))))))))))))))
I decided to celebrate the first major overhaul with a visit to the local chip shop for a bag of the fatty stuff for the first time in like years. So I found a nice quiet spot to park the bird so that she wouldn’t be scratched, dinked or knocked you know as you do with your pride and joy. You know whats coming.
I jumped out the car and left my sister to baby sit the car and headed for the shop, whilst I was in there I could hear my sister who was at least 100 yards up the road screaming her head off!
Yeah you guessed it, I ran up the road to find a car (A French one at that!) Complete with tow bar parked on the nose of the Firebird! The driver in question (Female!) had got out of the car 50ft further up the road and NOT put the hand break on!
Result smashed number plate, cracked and chipped nose cone etc! The car so far this year in total has done 32 miles, what are the chances of this happening?!!
I’m sooo P***d off guys I need words of comfort.

Yeah she admitted it was her fault when she came back and after I managed to stop my sister from killing her right there! My insurance is calling me in the morning to arrange stuff, but it’s not right, weather here is great now, I’m on holiday and I should be enjoying the Bird not worrying about getting her fixed again

Dankity dank??? Hey you got me there?….Sorry guy’s forgot your not gonna know what a chip shop is. I believe you call them fries over there? Well we sell the fries with big lumps of cod in batter (type of bread crumbs)
It’s virtually our national dish! Didn’t get to enjoy them anyway because they’d gone cold by the time I got home.
Sorry to hear about your car Mike, sounds like your going through some too hope you get it back on the road real soon…..The 69 Camaro sounds like a mouth watering ride!

This is what you do.
Get the catalog from Classic Firebird, start doing the search for parts.
The front nose cover is a replacement item now, not GM stuff.
Rest of stuff for front nose is GM thru Classic Industries.
How I know this?
I had my front PERFECT GM FRONT FENDER damaged by some idiot woman yabbering on cell phone, cutting over a cement island to get to a spot in the turn off lane road, that the front of my car was already in.
Killed my headlight, fender, nose, underbumper supports and hood.
My bill to her so far is $3108.31!
BUT I've replaced my damaged stuff with wrecking yard stuff spending so far only $80 for fender, headlight assembly. I had a free hood in storage.
I doubt your parts search will be as wrecking yard easy, tho.
BUT Classic Industries will ship ya the GM stuff ya do need.
Best thoughts, eat hearty.
French, atleast the women are cute....they were in Canada!

). Well seems everybody is getting into accidents! My sister just wrecked her 98 Cavalier....rear-ended somebody, totally her fault...it got towed here. Every light on the dash is lit up, the motor is making strange noises, whole front end is pushed back, rad support is tapping the alternator...whew this is gonna be costly.
