High Oil Pressure???

Hey guys my oil pressure gauge runs high but my oil is at the full mark on the dipstick. Is there anything I should have checked out. Or maybe get a new oil gauge?

Thanks guys!

gauge could be messed up, thats typical. My oil press was very high on my 2.8, around 90 with the pedal to the floor. 40 at idle when warm.

Yeah, it's generally fine.
Meaning keep an eye out for "any other problems" associated with excess leakage of fluids....
And it seems sometimes with age, the pressure may register "higher than normal" & so can happen, the converse.
