Car shutting off! help me!

Hey everyone.

well today i had my road test and passed it with flying colors!. so because of that my dad said that we could get my camaro on the road. so i came home from school today and of course i went right out to drive with my dad beside me(it was the second time we've drove it since i got it, it had been sitting in the driveway until i passed my road test). So we were out driving and i took a turn a little fast, still getting used to the camaro compared to the mini van i was driving before. In the middle of the turn my car shut off and i had to pull to the side. I restarted the car and we were off just fine. Then it happened again a couple of hours later when i was out driving. What could be the cause of this? Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks for help in advance
-Mike

This sounds silly but... you got a full tank of gas? If it's down around 1/4 the fuel will slosh over to one side in a hard turn, no fuel at the pump, car shuts off...

if full...don't know

Coil
or
Fuel pump

IF original coil that may be your answer.

Fuel pump can ONLY be "said" by the fuel pressure gauge hooked up and do a reading.....

FYI
ICM
ONLY WORKS
or DOES NOT WORK
Fact that car restarted leads me to rule out the ICM.

I'd say coil.
And yes, this problem is "typical" not pleasant or not "scary" but an old car like ours, typical problem (coil) & solution (new coil).
Enjoy your many years, to come, of driving. May they all be safe, enjoyable moments & plenty of sights ahead.
