Junk Yard Finds Rock

85-90 door section GFX, 7 a side
85-90 rocker panels, damaged due to idiot with fork lift (I need some if anyone knows of any)
aftermarket fiberglass hood, 30 bux
Orb, 2 bux
aluminum vent pipe, 1 bux each (got 2)
egr mount, 5 bux

overall after taxes and "fees" I spent like 62 bux?

Anyone need an LB8 intake, they had another
plenty of v6 fbody engines 2.8/3.1, no 3.4
plenty of firebird hoods
full 5sp setup for a v6
very few camaro body panels, plenty of bird body panels

Anyone know if the firebird hatch is same as camaro? they got a hole-less one, and I need it.

found a 'maro today with almost perfect black leather interior, but i dont have the time to bother pulling and cleaning it all(i cant use it). but i did find a t/a with an a/c delete heater box . . . . yum. didnt have time to pull the whole box, but itll be there tomorrow.
as well as the stuff i came for, a 5-speed console, a u-bolt, a headlight switch, a shifter, and some shift boots. all for $30

damn you, I've been looking for a delete box.

You also reminded me of another little part I need. Gotta remember that next time I go.

Anyone tell me if the ta and maro hatch are the same? Any year differences?

If you are adding power locks to non power lock doors, you will also need the bellcrank that the rod attaches to.

ask me how i know

I bought a set of solenoids w/rods and a harness w/ switches off eBay. Then found out I needed the bellcranks too which weren't included.

If you're talking about the rear hatch, the actual metal decklid part is the same, as is the glass itself...the only difference is on a car that had an Aerowing, they have the metal clips made onto the steel band that goes around the glass. Unless your glass is bad, too, you can just remove the metal part and reuse that. Its just a few screws and some urethane sealant.

I had two good "cheap" junkyard scores recently...

a nice hardtop overhead console (needed lens, flashlight, and front light), a Wonderbar, and a nice 5 speed Firebird shift plate (needs a new boot, but the plastic was really nice), all for about $11

An overhead console lens, the complete front light assembly, and a Camaro flashlight...all for $4 ! (Was going to be $5, but I had 4 ones and a hundred, and he didn't want to make change!)

If anyone wants to trade their Firebird flashlight for my Camaro one, please let me know!
