time for a tune up. Classic signs of flaky plugs cap or wires.

3rd gens eat tune ups like candy. flaky spark causes overly rich, dirty o2...

I took it to the shop since i have not had time to do it. I did a full tune up 7 months ago caps wires plus fuel filter the works O2 sensor etc. I have only put on about 7,000 miles since the tune up.

Get this i go to have my G/F follow me to the shop the car starts right up. But i figure i will let them deal with it i told them to let me know what is wrong first. If it is something simple then i will do it. I disconnected all my MSD components as well just to make there life easy one less thing to trouble shoot. I told them about the code 32 44 and 45 i also tried resetting the ECM but that did not work i dont get it. For 242,000 miles and not going to the shop in years for a mechanical problem i think thats good.

My APT manager was eyeing me checking out my car this morning thats when i said screw it.

Nope. And they are evicting every one in the un renivated apts which we are in so they will try to find a reason to kick us out and i dont need that.

I normally work on my cars at my g/f's but i need to know i can drive it there first. Thats where all my tools are at.

Just called the shop and asked about my car and they said it is starting and running perfect with no problems. I will just do a full tuneup this weekend and give it some sea foam.

ITs the origional fuel pump 242,000 miles on it. I am gonna replace the fuel filter again and see what happens as well.
When a pump goes does it just go or does it give signs is gonna go.
