'86 Firebird will not run
Some background: 86 2.8 MPFI, compression 120 to 150 psi, spark at all plugs, timing verified at 10 BTDC, fuel pressure 35 - 40 psi, fuel flow 1/2 pint+ in 15 sec, voltage verified on hot side of injector harness, cranks well and will start once or twice but will not run with key released, code 34 showing on ALDL query.
Engine will start and run smoothly if fuel is atomizeded into the throtle body while cranking. Is there a reliable way to check the injectors without noid lights or a scan tool?

ok, then your injectors....... aren't
gives me chance to sneek a peek at the 85 service manual to see the circuit diagram (shouldn't be that different)

Maf disconnected, no change.

You aren't getting fuel.
Do a quick ohm test on all 6 injectors. Thread
