Tune up
Ok, here's the situation. I bought my firebird about a year ago. It's been sitting for about the whole year. I tried to fire it up but the battery was dead, so I charged it. When I finally got it to turn over, when it was in neutral and I revved it a bit, it was late. I'm going to be doing a tune up, and I'd like to know what else I should do. I'm goin to be doing the following:
Engine Flush
Tranny flush
Oil change
Put new gas in it
fuel stabilizer
change the spark plugs
New battery
I know there are other things I should do, I just can't remember what. Can anyone tell me what else I should do?

ok specifics, go with these
AC Delco rapid fire plugs
Thundervolt 8.2mm spark plug wires
I like using these, they gave me better power over using just regular or even other brands performance ones, bosch plugs suck just so you know.

check all your belts and hoses. Inspect battery cable while you swap in new battery (neg end on mine kept coming loose on engine end).
If you plan to drive it now, check your swaybar endlinks and about any other rubber bushing, grease the chassis
