Re: v6 headers

MPG loss with headers? I've heard of this. True?

Re: v6 headers

ill try to wait that long, haha. what kind of headers are they? age condition price etc?
----------
could be, but ive got an exhaust leak on the passenger side manifold, so i figure while im in there, do headers, cut out the cat, and run it straight to my dynomax ultra flo cat back. the mpg is so good anyway its better than my 4cyl s10 with 41k miles. plus the performance gains.

Re: v6 headers

Doesn't sound as extreme as I thought. I'd heard people say stuff about killing their MPG once they put headers on.

Re: v6 headers

they are brand new pacesetters, they got snaddblasted adn painted with high temp black paint, and they have zero miles on them. i just jumped the gun on them and bought them and then found some one to make me new headers a while after.
