Header Gaskets

Any one every find a way to keep their header gaskets from blowing every other day it seems? I was thinking about making a pair out of copper.

Get some gaskets for a Fiero. They are a much better quality and I haven't blown one yet.

Or better yet, clean up the mating surfaces and run without gaskets. If the headers are half way decent quality and the surfaces are clean you should be fine.
