Axle/Gears: 10 Bolt
Easiest Valve Cover Removal Method?
What's the easiest way to remove these suckers, i just got done with a complete upper half gasket set, dont want to remove the TB, plenum, fuel rail, and injectors all over again ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh 
any suggestions?

I believe it has been done before. You'll probably need a couple extensions and elbows for you sockets.

In my experience, the stock valve covers don't fit out under the upper intake.
Easiest way to do it is to remove the intake and just redo all the gaskets.

What should i do while performing a valve cover gasket replacement.
Is there a way to thoroughly clean all of these while they are off?
especially the injectors?
