I got my old stock heads and intake off of my motor sitting in the garage. The heads and intake are in good shape and the motor ran fine with these. Not sure of miles at the motor in the car has been swapped out before but they are dirty and have some sludge buildup so they could probably use a rebuild. The UIM has the ridges ground off, needs to be cleaned up a bit though. I'll get pics up later. I'll clean them up a little for whoever buys them.

The heads are the same. The only difference with the LIM is that there is a plug for the cold start injector that would have to be plugged up. Penny?

The Upper and lower plenums are sold so I have the heads and LIM.

Got the U/LIM today(which took 2 days?) everything looks good, didnt expect to get some gaskets to . Well it was pleasure, hope things go well with your car. James

My car is not doing well at all so I am likely going to fix it and then sell it and get something newer. I'm tired of fixing the damn thing every weekend and it takes up all of my spare money to fix the fuking car so its gone.

 

Yeah that sucks, just dont go ford/import on us. Find a nice F-body there are giving them away right, especially the 8's. But I hope it all works out for you.

 

There is a nice clean 4th gen 3.8 I may go check out this weekend. I'm going to kill myself if my problem turns out to be the fuel filter.

 

Those are nice but I'm just a 60* 3rd gen guy. It usually is the stupidest problems with these cars. I spent a crap load of money on my exhaust on my Iroc trying to get rid of a squeak, turns out a IM bolt was rubbing an exhaust valve pushrod.

I got one that doesn't but is a 2.8 one. Just has the ribbs on the top.
All the casting lines were filed off and powdercoated mirror black. Then the top of the fins were filed to show the aluminum for a contrast.
