im getting ready to get a 87 camaro with a 2.8 in it the F.I. type motor and u have a 4.3 i built that a want to put in it i was wanting to know can i take the 2.8 F.I. harness and make the tbi on my 4.3 work or do i have to go to carb. and here is my motor

you basically have the same amount of work to do the V8 swap. in fact, as you might not know, the 4.3 was based on the small block design and shares a lot in common with it. the 2.8 is a 60* V6 and is entirely different. there is a sticky thread in the engine swap forum that should point you in the right direction as to what is involved.
