valve spring torque settings?

Car: 1987 Camaro, 1986 Trans AM
Engine: V6 2.8 multi-port and V8 5.0 FI
Transmission: 5-Speed and Automatic
Axle/Gears: no idea
valve spring torque settings?
ok im putting my heads back on my v6 2.8 camaro
my dad can't find the instructions on how to reset the nuts on the valve springs/rods
this stuff has to be right on the money
anybody know the exact numbers per valve per cylinder?
dont tell me to get a manual. i have haynes but it sucks
we're doing this tomorrow no matter what so id appreciate a direct answer in number form if you know the information for sure
or a link to a site or thread that has this information
