arcing on boot??

so my car has been missing really bad lately and today i looked under hood while it was dark to see if there was an arching in the wires and there was..... but on the boot on every cylinder and a occasional wire arcing on the intake manifold... and in addition to that i see a blue spark from what it seems to be coming from around the coil....
distributor is 1yr old new cap rotor ignition module and coil is like 2 months old .. msd blaster.. plugs are like 2 yrs old and they have no visible damage..

Re: arcing on boot??

bad wires will make it do that, spark takes the path of least resistance.
If its easier to leak out where every it can, then to fire the plugs, it will.
