Like this one?
:edit: Yes, I've needed new coolant and washer bottles since I bought the car.

Re: intake box
Yours is different, being a Camaro, in some cases. A lot of the sixes used that setup. The dual snorkle was an option. If you can, get the snorkle, as it offers better power and actual cold air entering the engine if you do some trimming.

Re: intake box
Not until you get the wiring and what not squared away and the engine running constantly. You really shouldn't run the engine too much without an air filter.

Re: intake box
The dual snorkel intake was an option? I thought it was just something specific to certain year/size v6s.

Re: intake box
It may or may not have been an option... I don't have that kind of data. Either way, it seems to be hit or miss across the board, and difficult to find in a junkyard either way.

Re: intake box
Yeah, it's funny, but aside from the v6 my camaro has exactly the right options I wanted in one, crank windows, no cruise control, non power locks, but it does have 3 piece spoiler, t-tops and dual snorkel intake, and kind of completely random, but need some ideas here, I can't find the damn keys for it, and might have permanently lost them, and don't have any spares-suggestions/solutions? I'm thinking the cheapest and best thing will be to just buy new door lock cylinders and ignition key cylinders, would be about $50 total, they were a little bit worn anyways, thing is I have no idea how to replace them, is it an easy job? Also somewhat random, but I had one of the t-tops off today just to see what it would be like, that's going to be real nice on those beautiful non winter days driving some back country roads with almost non existent traffic....god I can't wait...

Re: intake box
The locks aren't hard to replace, aside from the ignition lock, which requires special tools. Classic Industries has an entire set (except the T-top locks) for $65... TK-467 for you if you're interested. When you replace the locks, have a third key cut for the doors, and keep it in your wallet for when you get locked out.
As for the tops, yeah, they're nice... Until it rains.

Re: intake box
Forgot about the tops, grr, I have no idea where to find new locks for those...Or can the lock perhaps be permanently disabled, I could live without locking t-tops I think, this is my fast car, and the way I'm going to drive it, theres not going to be anything other than myself in there, lol.

Re: intake box
Classic has those too. Although those are also a PITA to replace because you have to tear the whole top apart and get the mechanism out to drill out the rivets.

Re: intake box
Trust me on this, you don't want to do that. I barely had my replacements for 3 weeks, always leaving them unlocked, when I went to go to the junkyard and couldn't because they were closed, and started on my way home when my driver's side top just about flew off. I'm lucky I saw it jump, even luckier I caught the handle. I pulled to the side of the road, pulled the top down and re-latched it, and locked them both so it never happened again.

Re: intake box
Hmm, I could definitely see that being an issue, how snug is your latch though, when you shut the handle is it loose or anything? And are yours lexan or glass?
