Has anyone had trouble with rebuilt water pumps?

They are much cheaper than the new one's and am wondering if anyone has had any issues with them?

When they rebuild a wp, the replace the sealed bearing. They reuse the impellar, shaft, flange, & the housing (all items that should never wear out) if their still good..
