well, let's see, it's not original, so that might hurt a little bit. But other than that, i think you could do really well. actually, i like the car without the decals, it gives it a really sleek, or un-cluttered look. The car looks nice, i'd say an easy 4,000. But that'll depend on where you live. Around here, you could probably get 4k-5k for it. I've always said that if i listed my car i'd never list it for anything less than 5k myself. But, that probably has something to do with the personal value it has to me.
Did those links work for you? For some reason they give me alot of trouble??? anyways I figured since its not really a collector the non original wouldn't really matter too much and I actually consider those mods a perk cause they are in nicer shape. That is about what I was guessing, thats good to know I think all my costs are a tad under the $4000 mark(but that doesn't even touch labor...).

Around this area at this time of year I would say your car would go for $1800.00-$3000.00 depending on how bad a person was looking just for that year and style.

Well consider this...compare it with my car and see how yours compares (you didn't give total mileage on your car):
'89 RS 2.8/auto/PW/PDL/Ptrunk release/AC/tilt/cruise/87k miles.
I have ALL the service records from day one, including window sticker, build sheet, dealer invoice, dealer ad in the paper, '89 Chevy Brochure....basically every slip of paper ever.
Alpine alarm w/keyless (would cost $350)
Window tint ($100)
Eclipse CD (but stock speakers) ($350)
$250 in performance mods, $350 just spent on brakes, steering column
New starter, alternator
My boss said if he put in on the lot (if I was to trade it in), he'd take $4,500 and no less, because of the condition, the paperwork, and the mods I would leave in it...book value with a tape deck is $4,800.
Would it be an easy sale? Probably not...but because the car is so clean, and needs nothing, I could get that if I waited long enough...my boss agrees. If I left in my Boston fronts and rears ($350) and my amp ($370), I'd want closer to $5,000.
Depending on your car's mileage, options, and interior condition (plus the 3.4...have any paperwork on the car??), I'd say $4,000 is reasonable...its hard to find a third gen so clean these days....
