Heres the tech- Do you think my car should have headlight blackouts? And also would a darker tint look better?

didnt see your car. But about the black out thing... Ive got GTS carbonfiber covers they make the car look mean but I dont think it looks any better than without them. Its just something different. Like right now Im not wearing them, I wanted a change so I took em off. But if I were you and had the money to spare then yea I would get them. I mean theres not many more mods you can do ! They do look good. Just be sure to take them off at night time or you will be like a blind man driving.

that's a sweet looking car. And yes, i'd say go with the blackouts. I think it'll look even meaner, and will scare away all the foreign cars on the road.

I just saw your car man! Ohhh it looks phat. And clean! I like the red. My car was originally red but then someone who got it before me painted it IROC blue. I think I like the blue, its different. And not a panzy blue like the light blue RSes. Anyways, glad to see you can back up your mods with looks . Sweet ride.

About the covers. You want the clear ones? Eww man. No, go with the black outs or carbonfiber ones. Ive got the cf ones. They look almost like black outs but you can still see the lights if you look at it head on. I would say since you have a red car....I would go with black outs. But you WILL NOT be able to see at night with even your HBs on. I can barely so I know you wouldnt be able to. Hope I helped!

The wheels are Eagle Alloy, the tire size (all around) is P225 50R 15. The wheels aloned costed $1200. Which were just put on when I bought the car,,, a major factor of buying it. I just put brand new tires on $350. So the grand total of my set of tires is $1,550!

man go with GTS headlight and tail light blackouts. Take a look at my car (in sig). i know its not a camaro but it gives u an idea of what the black looks like against the red. I wouldnt worry about cops. they usually wont screw with u and with ur headlights on they are almost transparent.

BTW the smoked license plate covers also look kool. They wont fit the front plate bracket though.

Nice look Glenn! I like the clear ones too. Why would they be illegal? I mean, they aren't tinted. How is that any different than a production car that has composite headlights?

By law any modifications thats aren't stock to your car is illegal. But that doesnt mean that the first cop that sees you will pull you over. I've only been pulled over ones about mine and the cop gave me a warning. But if you get the clear ones no cop will mess with you unless he is VERY pissed about something.
