Ok remeber how back in november i was pulled over for doina 66 foto burn out in my car with 4 people in it. Well after 6 times goin to court and getitng a contuence and other stuff i finaly went to trial selected a jury bla bla bla. I was offered a plea bargen that if i pled guilty 100 dollar fine and thats it im like i dindt do anything then people said take the fine then they were all well now we will give u the actual fine 2 points and 100 dollar fine or if i plead guilty and lost 2 points max fine and i would of been sentenced to work ferlow or for working for cal trans for 5 days and PAY THEM 40 a day i still plead guilty. I know i didnt do anythign so today the second day of trial we crossed examned him i got a public defender =). Well the cop didnt remeber if veichle code signs were posted and the DA said to the cop that they were min size is 17x27 and she asked him the size hes all i think it was about 16x27 and then from there on all down hill for him =). Well the court recessed and let the jurrors out while my attorney and the DA talked to the judge and hes all well you done have sufficent evidence im all hell ya and he didnt wana carry it on another day so he dismissed it. Th cop was soo pissed he wasted 2 days in court cuz he ****ED UP HAHAHA i love it. Looks bad for him and it never even got to the jury and one of the jurrors when iw as leavein said congradulations im all thank you bein all nice. SO ONCE AGAIN A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD HELL YA. I feel like i jsut got my licence again today but i will change my driving somewhat=)
