That is phat as hell man! Is that yours!? That thing looks new! But yea I would tint it some. I wish I had the money for a tint job. Then I would look into some wheels. I saw a car JUST LIKE yours up here at the chevy place and it had 6,000 miles on it! Brand new car basically! but its got a huge gold bird on the hood. Kinda not my type. But look wise it looked like yours and it was a 86. Man that thing looks good, nice car!

Would make it look better. Especially the 4th gen TA spoiler and the hood. Damn boy, you'd be stylin. Not that you aren't already.

No such thing as a 92 IROC. There was only the Z28 that year. IROCs ended in 1990. But you are a Pontiac guy so I wont get mad this time . Just wanted to clear this up before some jack *** makes fun of you for not knowing that

man please dont do all kinds of body rigging for a 4th gen spoiler and a hood. That would kill the appearance of the car. U dont see many like that so y would u want to change. A spoiler from a car that doesnt belong and a hood that barely lines up is something a 16 yaer old kid would do. All im saying is its a nice car and y should u change it.

Even if he wanted to do it, he can't. The 4th gen spoiler won't even come CLOSE to fitting a third gen. Am I the only one who has noticed that the hatch glass on a 4th gen is much smaller than a thirdgen?????

Hey Jason, check out scauffiel over on the appearence board. He made an actual 4th gen spoiler fit his, and then GTAuto started making 4th gen replicas that fit directly onto thirdgens, so it's definately, and now easily, doable.

Ok, thats a pretty stupid statement you made there. So thats why all the 20+ year old guys got the RAM AIR hood and SS hood on their cars that aren't supose to have them.

hey paul,
here comes the opinion of a 17 year old kid, (oh, nice car by the way). Alright, if i were u, i wouldn't go and put the 4th gen style spoiler on there, it'll add a lot of "personality" to the car but will take away from a very nestalgic looking vehichle which in 4 years will be at Classic status, Now, the hoods do look nice, although like i said before your car looks nice as it is. I'd say, if you have the tint already, go ahead and get some gold GTA rims, besides that keep the car looking stock. If you have an LG4 you might be able to make the hood louvers functional ram air anyway, and also you could look into having the hood louvers painted gold, which will give a good offset between the body color and more definition to the grill area and hood scoops (i've seen a two tone paint on the hood of several GTA's) and it looks pretty mean, while still retaining the stock hood. Remember, 3rd gens are getting rarer by the day, and the best looking ones are the ones that look factory stock, and still perfect, or near perfect, that's why mine will stay stock looking. It'd be like seeing a modded out 69 T/A, yeah it's a nice looking car, but it'd be nothing compared to a mint 69' T/A which looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor, now would it. That's just my .02, take it or leave it, but hey, it's your car do what u want, but make sure you're satisified.

i couldnt agree more. If u ever saw either of my car ud know thats how i feel. Ot many people mod this and do that to thier cars and sometimes it takes away from it.

BTW i wouldnt go with gold GTA wheels. The ones u have now are really nice. Dont change it if it dont look bad.

Well I'm 16 and I have tons of comments about my car when I go and leave from places but to me I would rather see a nice 92 Z28 with a SS hood and a 383 under the hood. And the 3rd gens get more rare by the day!? How do you figure this? They are everywhere! You can throw a rock anywhere in town and be sure to hit one. But its great how you guys put down 16 year old like we do this **** and the truth is we couldnt do it if we wanted. There is something called SCHOOL and when you go to this place you dont get payed and after school jobs just dont get you any 4th gen spoilers or hoods. So **** anyone who says 16 year olds dont have taste cause this 16 year old has plenty of it.

ya but no one ever said it was good taste jk but seriously monkie i could name a few things that point out ur a 16 year old by ur car. The rally stickers on ur door is my first clue. The second is the camaro sticker on the windsheild. The blackouts are nice, infact i think u should get them on the back. U have a clean ride monkie just get rid of the 16 year old characteristics.

Im 16...there is your answer. I didn't put RALLY on the side to please you guys and I didnt put CAMARO across the window to please you. I put it there because I like it. And if I dont have good taste...my bad. Its still good taste to me. And that is all that matters. See most of you guys like to put me down because of who I am and how I make all these flame wars. But isn't it you guys that always preach "If you like it then thats all that matters."? I thought so. So just because Im 16 means I have to have a stock looking camaro? And hey, if I had 500 bucks I would slap on a SS hood. Well, actually I wouldn't because that would be saying I have a fast car and obveously from what you guys say I do not. But I still think it looks nice. Im more into looks than speed. Why? Because looks get you more than speed does. I mean think about it...you run a grand 13 on the 1/4 mile. Way to go, pat yourself on the back. Yes it is impressive but it also is pointless. Is that a street car? In a 3rd gen if you have a car that runs 13s on the 1/4 then I would say is prolly is a gas gulper. And that cost money. Do I have money? Nooooo, so why do I want a 13s V8 car? So I can park it in the driveway when it runs out of gas. You guys can go on and on about how my car sucks, how it is a 16 year olds car, and whatever. Bottom line is I love my car and that is all that matters. But I appreciate all the opinions.

p.s. I knew you wernt talkin bout me. Oh and yea I guess you can say I got those ***** tips on mine but they were free and it makes the car sound good so I figured WHY NOT!?
