Cam Question HELP please!!!!

what cam do i want for my stock 2.8

1)rpm range... 1000-4000 duration @ 050" int./exh.189*/204* gross lift int./exh. .401"/.423"
Part number CRN-254112


2) rpm range... 1500-4500 druation @ .050" int./exh. 204*/214* gross lift int./exh. .432*/ .423*
Part number CRN-254122

i have no clue if you have n e other cams that you think would work better this cams on on page 58 in the new summit catalog. please help me out

CAM #2... Get the most aggressive Crane 2030 cam.... Why spend all the same cash to install less power when they both will work with the CPU.

I agree with Brian.. the first cam is meant for the trucks (lower rpm range). Now, emissions... that's a different story...
