The '92 is a beautiful car, but unfortunately, there aren't many nice one's left. If it has t-tops, check for leaks. Also check under the carpet in the trunk, to see if it's wet. Make sure the headlights pop up check the A/C. Steering gear etc. Check for vibration at 65-85 mph. Most thirdgens have it, if this one doesn't, she's been very well taken care of. Most of the time the seats are ripped as well. That is indicative of 100+ miles, so if the odo reads less, I'd be a little suspect. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS use carfax to check the history. Also check the RPO codes(which can be found on the lid of the little compartment on the drivers side in the hatch) to see what standard equipment it came with. Any thing I missed besides the normal engine and transmission wear and tear?

Most of the f-body bugs were worked out by '92 .. if you'd said "82", that'd be different.

Yeah, the 92 has the Banshee nose and the Wave GFX. I like them though.

Are these plastic thingies are removeable?

If so, would they leave holes?

Check the trunk, too make sure the motor properly lifts up, and seals it shut when you close it.
