GM parts will have them. A suggestion though, since you live in a warm climate area. The reason why coolant passes thru the TB was to warm up the fuel passages under severe cold conditions in the northern regions that cause the TBs to ice up. You can eliminate this 'feature' and save you the hassle of finding these hoses.
I wouldn't.
I didn't.
Engine runs consistant and there is nothing to ever book back up.
This is one time, I didn't remove heat source from air intake.
Go get the hoses from GM dealer.
That's the ONLY PLACE.

It's easy. Go buy a 12-inch piece of 1/2 inch heater hose; it should cost about $1.00. Then, you remove those TB cooling hoses completely. Link the outlets (from the water pump side) together with the new hose and some hoseclamps, and you're done!
That bypass hose will kink... some guys cut the bypass hose in half, and connect the halves with a small piece of pipe. That "forces" the bypass hose to curve outward, and prevents it from kinking. I've been running with a kinked hose since '97, and have had no problems, so it's up to you.
I think there's a tech article on thirdgen.org that talks about an air-cooled throttle body. The guy did the tb bypass (aka the "!TB" mod), and then ran hose from the TB inlets to underneath the car. He rigged up a funnel on one end (facing foward) to pick up cool air. He then ran the other hose so it pointed "backward" towards the rear bumper. I don't think you'll feel a major gain from that, but it certainly can't hurt, and it's cheap enough to do. Hehe, same thing with the TB bypass; it's cheap, and while you can't feel a power increase, it makes sense to do.

I have a buddy who lives in Indiana that has done this a few years ago and after several winters it has caused him no problems with it bypassed. Now he does not drive it everyday in the winter only when he needs to when his wife or kids have the other cars, but still it would not be hard to recoonect if needed.
