I'll send ya to a website, so you won't bother the innocent.
I'd put it here, but you do have tech question & I don't want this locked yet.

There is no such thing.. the horn and int lights are controlled by the accesory/convenience fuse in the middle of the block...i think its a 20-25 off the top of my head. the door locks are controlled by those big round fuses on the block.

90_RS, Are you a smoker? If not, then check the lighter socket for a penny... that popped the fuse in my friend's old '91 Formula twice. After he found it the first time (just as I was leaving the house with a load of test equipment), I asked him why he didn't put a cigarette lighter in the hole. He said he didn't smoke. I asked him that the second time the penny fell in, he gave me the same answer. He should've bought a lighter for that hole when he first got the car, then he wouldn't have had any headaches.

Graeme, you're right about the 20A fuse in the center, but wrong about the door locks... I blew the same fuse in my 89 and the exact same things stopped working.

Pull the fuse and check it. You will see IMMEDIATELY if it is blown and see the proper size stamped on it. If it blows again, do as Tom suggests...and if there is no problem, then you have a short somewhere.
