Horsepower! It'll cost ya, GP! Possibly only choice street legal headers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ever hear of the Extrude Hone process. You will now and can check out HP & Torque increase results, too. Extrude Hone is like shoving Play Dough thru car parts to put a micro smooth finish & ENLARGE exhaust manifolds & Upper & Middle Intake systems. What does that equal? INCREASED HP!
Group Purchase deal.
I get TEN people to commit or SERIOUSLY COMMIT, on a GAMBLE for the COST!.
Right now, V-6 stuff (upper & middle aluminum intake & cast iron exhust manifolds) would cost $585 Intake, $500 exhaust.
We would get a price break if just 10 orders. NORMAL IS 15, but because it's a 6 cylinder!!. They would do it for less repeats.
Realize this.
This is the ONLY way you will get the BEST work done! THE BEST WORK!!! Doing yourself wouldn't even be this close. BUT, I would suggest you do the bottom intake yourself, port match that to the new enlarged middle joining area, that's so easy! And port match bottom intake to head, that's easy, too!
Willing to gamble on this price?
Really want a solid you can see results HP & TORQUE GAIN?
Go buy the latest issue of Muscle Car Review, November 2001 issue, page 22, read about this.
Just ten orders and it's lower then the above price!
Forgot one detail. One location for this deal, Paramount, CA (outside of LA)
Current down time is-
4 weeks exhaust, 15 days, intakes. May cut that timing, too, with this GP, upon agreement!! Everything one time sent! or within a certain week! I won't know these answers until I chat with these people again, soon, upon a real world commitment from everyone here.
Think about it!
I don't beleive I'll be doing it, because I have a "BIG" reason!

TIMING-TO BE ARRANGED & LESS DAYS, IF ALL TAKERS GET PRODUCTS TO EXTRUDE HONE BY A REQUIRED CERTAIN DATE. MAY BE ABLE TO GET A PA LOCATION TO ASSIST WITH EAST COAST TAKERS!!!!!
PRICE REDUCTION 7%-11% OFF ABOVE COST SO FAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M ARRANGING A LOWER PRICE!
Call for details! NOT PRICE-PLEASE, AGAIN, I'm arrranging price for us!!!!

TECH ?'s www.extruduehone@earthlink.net
WEBSITE-www.extrudehone.com

PS--------
HP home brewed suggestions & MONEY SAVING TIPS
Do the BOTTOM intake your self.
Use the new resized, middle intake to port match the bottom opening port & the cylinder head, to match the intake to head port size. Enlarge & match ends! (It's only 4-6" length-EASY!)
HEADS-------JUST POLISH DO NOT REMOVE ANY MATERIAL OR REALLY RESHAPE!! JUST POLISH!!!!!
That'll save ya money from them doing this. BUT, if ya wanna toss it in, they'll charge ya.
Don't ask how much, do it yourself. Home Dremel tools are cheaper!! So is the polishing sand cartridges!!!
That's the latest up date.
Let me know!!
OH, each customer gets an individual customer job order number for tracking, but, all got to be these locations (PA & CA) by a certain date, upon agreement of ALL PARTIES!!!
Think about this
14-18 HP INCREASE!!!
22-25 FOOT POUNDS OF TORQUE INCREASE!!!
STREET LEGAL!!
IF YA FINISH OFF BOTTOM PIECE & HEADS MORE HP & TORQUE INCREASE!!!
INCREASED GAS MILAGE & LOWER EMISSIONS!!!!!
We win

I've heard a few things about extrude honing but its way to expensive for whats done. Buy a set of junked heads and so on is cheaper. I'm not putting it down just putting into perspective. Thanks for the legs work though.

It's an option. The part that's hard to get to, on the top, is the runners, side to side.
I may have them just do my exhaust manifolds.
The top, will have to wait.
It is NOT cheap, I know.
But, alot talk and want to pay, here is a great option! Now available.

a buddy of mine has a Fiero 2.8 with an extrude honed intake assembly, since its sitting apart right now I've had the chance to look at it and I honestly can't tell any difference from stock. Well, thats not 100% true, the casting flaws are gone and it looks pretty. Its hard to say if it improve power at all since the 2.8 was trash. Definitely not worth the cash in my opinion.
