Ok, when I'm pooring the coals on and I shift kinda hard I will the trany thump the mont. It's not a clunk just a thump. Is this a sign of a fail trany mont?

I have been trying to avoicd lifting the car and visualy checking, becuase I'm on a semi steep driveway and hate to lift it off all four wheels.

u might have cracked the mount. Or bent it. If it was broken you would know. When you press the gas in 1st or 2nd does the shifter move any?

 

I haven't paid much attention wether it does or not. I check on my way home tonight. Allthough right it still has a bit off a rough idle that I haven't been able to figure out that makes it shake a bit wether or not I step on the gas, but I will check and give an answer later tonight.

 

Well in first it moves up some and shakes a little even though it I do a nice smoth start. It also does it in secound, but to a lesser degree. It's almost as if the trany moves up when I press the gas pedel.

I'm not sure if it is normal, but the car has done it ever sence I baught it with about 130,000 miles on it (current milage is 160,000) . It blew the clutch about 4 weeks after baught. So the entire clutch assembly is brand new, becuase it blew up into a million little bits.
