camaro 3.1 running rich

my car has been running rich and i have changed lots of things of part and it fixes it for a month or 2, then goes back to running rich. but its not running rich like before after i did the ecu coolant temp and t stat. but it all started when my fuel pressure reg to a **** like 2 time in a row on the third time i got one and it worked.
so i have changed so far is
t stat
coolant temp sensor
o2 sensor
ecu
fuel pressure reg
map sensor
fuel pressure is ok

so i finally had time to check my the ohm's on my fuel injectors and i know they should have 14 but none of them have 14 there all under. would low ohms make the car run rich.

this is the ohms reading when the injectors were hot after a long drive
cylinder 1
8.2ohm
cylinder 3
11.5 ohms
cylinder 5
10.5 ohms
cylinder 2
11.4 ohms
cylinder 4
11.6 ohms
cylinder 6
13.0 ohms
so my ? is are they all bad? or a few? since they should be 14 im thinking of just cylinder 5 and 1 are bad. what do u guys think?
and i also wanted to know what the stock t stat temp, 195?

im going to check the injectors in the morning since there cold. also
thanks guys i do need some help cuz i have smog due this month.

Re: camaro 3.1 running rich

I'd say change them all, the readings should be much closer.
I'd check the ecm grounds.
Stock t-stat is a 195*.
Does the fuel press hold after the engine is off?
Check the ign timing< make sure it advances when you rev it.
Hook up a vacuum gauge up, tee it into the map sensor hose, should be 16" or higher at idle, smooth needle sweeps when you rev it.

Re: camaro 3.1 running rich

For me it was all the injectors. My readings were worse than yours but yours are not good. As said you should replace them as a set. You can't get everything right until the injectors are within spec.

Re: camaro 3.1 running rich

fuel pressure hold when i have koeo so that rules out a leaking injector. i think the timing might be off cuz last time i did smog the guy told me he had to adjust my timing to pass smog cuz of how rich it was.
my car is not running bad at all i still have power and can take off good and everything but its just running rich. and i need to pass smog.
ok so il check the grounds and timing.
i need to save some money before i get the injectors

Re: camaro 3.1 running rich

Several things could cause the rich condition. But you know from the resistance check that the injectors are not very good. You can fiddle with other things and the ecm will try to compensate but in the end you need to start with good injectors.
