Tire help??
Tire help??
I was wondering. I have an 1986 chevy camaro 2.8. Right Now I have 215/65R15. Could 225/60R15 fit. Is any one using this tire size with out any spacers and has no rubbing. Any info helps.
Thanks,
Lee

I have 235/60's on my car now, they fit fine.. I have decent traction, I used to have 225/60's on there.. I decided I wanted a bigger tire. I'm eventually going to a 16" tire with a huge tire--245/50's that will be wild..

I've got stock 215 65 15 on front and 255 60 15 on the back. I like it.

225/60R15's and 15x7 rims are very comfortable bedfellows... probably the most popular size tire for that size rim.

In my new CHP mag I say 4th gen take off rims with 245 50 R16 good years for 549... Silver painted. The tires alone are like 125 each. The whole combo, rims/tires are only 549....Move up to 16's and a 4th gen rear...
