I don't believe any one makes one . It is easy to use a standard motors VG91 (acdelco 213-4516) as a template.

1/4" aluminum or steel stock, a dremel , a cut off wheel , a drill, a couple drill bits.
You'll be wanting to block off everything once you start making them. Lol
