What valve spring for COMP Cams 1.6 Rocker Arm & HE Pushrod Kits
I'm wanting to upgrade my 3.1 engine with the COMP Cams Magnum Rocker Arm and High Energy Pushrod Kits (link). I heard that I also need to change out the valve spring but I didn't see any mention what valve spring to get? Any help?

Look up Comp cam 980-12 part number for the springs that would work well with a mild cam and the retainers are also comp cam, part number 743-12
If you do think about getting a cam go with a deltacam. There are quite a few ppl on here that have them in there thirdgen V6s. A 260 grind cam is nice, but if you do go this route you may have to tune it. The only thing that our speed density cars really lack in my mind it the ablility to adjust for modifications such as a cam, comparted to a MAF style 2.8L

Are you going to add a cam to this car or just those parts?? I would suggest entertaining the idea of tossing a cam in there while you have it apart. It would really compliment the higher ratio rockers.
