I'm new here and I'm looking for someone who does headers. U work in the medical field so getting them done myself isn't happening. Any info is good. Doing a turbo 3.1 and need headers made or just a custom let of long or short tubes are fine for bow as well.

id do them the problem is i dont have a mock up engine right now.
if u can wait a few till days tuesday/wensday ill be going by the junkyard and i can price up an engine ,then i can get u a price on full turbo hotside once i know my cost on the engine

 

Sounds like a plan. Now let me ask you this, when it comes to just a set of headers for my n/a build right now, what info do you have or anyone you know can make em?

 

i can make mid or long tubes , but if ur going to go turbo dont even waste ur time getting regular headers, and ur cheapest bet would to be to buy a set of the long tube s10 headers and have me modify them for ya

 

I work in the medical field and my bird is my DD. So I'm gonna drive it n/a until next year. Fortunately my daughter came unexpectedly so things have changed and turbo funds are slimming out. I just got my wideband in and all of my tuner pro rt files and all that good stuff. I'm serious about doing this turbo build. I have everything except my BOV and wastegate.

 

the bov and wasstegate are cheap 80 bucks for both on ebay,what turbo do u have?

dont spend the money on long tubes , save it , turbo headers are going to be in the 400$ range for full tubular single turbo headers , and cheaper for a log type setup

 

It's and eBay 57 trim buy I trying to sale it and go with the gt35 t3. The one I have now already have the flanges. I forgot i also need a boost controller.

 

start with the ebay 57 for now , will be harder to hurt the engine with it , dont buy an ebay boost controller get a turboxs manual controller for 30 bucks on ebay

 

Okay i didn't know how people felt about it. So for my oil feed and return line could I use a t and share where the oil pressure regulator is for the feed line?

 

put a tee were the oil presure sending unit is right above the oil filter , the hard part will be getting the oil return fitting into the oil pan , since u cant weld u will either have to remove the oil pan and take it to somone , or install a bulkhead type fitting which bolts on

 

Okay I got you. So these log style turbo headers run about how much?

 

around 250$ + half of whatever i have to pay for the mockup engine ( prolly have to pay 100 bucks for it )

i would need to price up the materials to get a solid esitmate though
