95 camaro v6 3.4 l

my 95 camaro v6 3.4l yesterday out of nowhere sounds like a jet when i pound
it wide open and seems to have power loss . no check engine light on

any ideas ? where to look

sounds like coming from right side of motor ? what is that thing with like 3 things on it and hooked to the intake and looks like goes to manifold ?

would that make it go crazy ?


it is egr looked online

can i just delete it ?

You can delete EGR you will just have a check engine light to stare at, unless you get the ECM flashed (or PROM, I don't recall what type of ECM the mid 90s stuff had). To delete it, check this post, I just put a picture in. Not the same engine, but the same basic idea applies.
